Sjælland is an island with more secrets and surprises than you might expect. Cross it and the land beneath you starts changing right away – beech forests giving way to soft farmland around Sorø and Ringsted, then the wide stretch of the Great Belt opening up to the west. Fjords cut into the coastline, with villages hidden away in the folds of the countryside.
The wind dictates the rules for any flight. Some mornings carry you over open fields and woodland; others bring a fjord or a stretch of water into view. Sometimes more countryside, sometimes more coast – but what everyone who flies with us agrees on is that it’s the journey itself you remember, not a checklist of what you passed over.
With over 25 years of experience, our licensed pilots know this landscape and bring every flight in safely and smoothly. Flights typically last about an hour in the air, while the full experience (preparation, inflation, and the traditional celebratory toast after landing) takes about 3 hours in total. We fly from spring through autumn, selecting the best launch site across Sjælland each day based on wind and conditions.
