The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.dreamballoon.dk. Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
To fly with DreamBalloon.dk you must be in good general health. There are formally no upper age restrictions for ballooning, as long as you are in good and normal health and can stand up in the balloon basket during the flight (approximately 60 minutes).
For security reasons, we are generally unable to offer flights for guests who:
- On flight day you are over 12 weeks pregnant
- Is a child under 130 cm in height (typically 6-7 years old)
- There is a wheelchair user
- Who are intoxicated or appear under the influence
WEIGHT
If you weigh more than 110 kg, please let us know so that the total weight distribution in the balloon basket can be managed. If you weigh more than 130 kg, you may need to purchase an additional ticket as space in the balloon basket is limited. Contact DreamBalloon for clarification on this.
BUY
At Dreamballoon.dk you can buy your ticket for a balloon flight. Once you have purchased and paid for your balloon flight, you will receive both a receipt and your flight ticket(s) by email immediately afterwards. To book your flight day, click on www.dreamballoon.dk/booking and follow the instructions. Booking is open from around March 15 until around October 1.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in Danish kroner and are for a balloon flight of approximately 1 hour duration for a single person. Allow approximately 4-5 hours for the entire activity. There is no VAT on a balloon flight ticket.
PAYMENT
At dreamballoon.dk you can pay with: Dankort, VisaDankort, Visa, VisaElektron, Maestro, Mastercard
When using the various payment options, a fee will be charged according to the applicable rules of the Danish E-Commerce Foundation. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only PBS can read it. Neither DreamBalloon.dk nor others have the ability to read your data. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made via a confirmation email with the order number, booking codes and flight ticket.

We reserve the right to sell out, tax changes, misprints and price changes.
VALIDITY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A balloon ticket is generally valid for 2 years from the date of issue. According to the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 18 (2) no. 12”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, Dreamballoon.dk offers a right of return on the purchase of balloon tickets. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you made the purchase. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

Once you start booking a balloon flight in our online booking system, the right of return is waived. Even if the balloon flight is postponed or canceled due to weather.

BOOKING/PLANNING THE BALLOON FLIGHT
We’ve made it as flexible and easy as possible to redeem your balloon flight. When you first want to book a seat on a flight, click on www.dreamballoon.dk/booking and follow the instructions there.
BEFORE THE FLIGHT
Please note that:
- Pay close attention to the crew safety briefing and follow their instructions
- Smoking is not allowed on the start area and within 15 meters of the balloon basket
- It is not allowed to stand near the fans when they fill the balloon with air
BEFORE LANDING
The balloon landing is one of the most fun parts of the flight. The safety briefing includes thorough landing instructions. Always follow the pilot’s instructions regarding the landing position. Pay special attention to that:
- When the pilot calls for landing, stow your camera and other items well out of the way. The camera should either be in a closed pocket or inside your jacket so it’s not hanging free and you should have your hands free to hold on during landing.
- The pilot will ask you to assume the landing position. Turn your back to the landing direction, lean your back against the side of the balloon, kneel slightly and hold on to the rope handles in front of you. Don’t look over your shoulder and hold on to the handles until the balloon has stopped completely.
- Stay in the balloon basket until the pilot has given permission for you to leave
Please also note that the balloon often lands on private property without prior permission from the landowner. This can create situations that we cannot plan and control in advance. The pilot and crew are used to dealing with these situations.
FLIGHT REGION AND AREA
Please note that we always aim to fly in the flight region you have requested in the booking. Rarely, but sometimes, due to weather conditions, it is not possible to fly in the planned region, but possible in a nearby one. If the flight can be operated in another nearby region, we will fly from there instead. This ensures that you get a flight on the desired day, rather than a cancellation.
DURATION
Ballooning takes place in a dynamic meteorological space. This means that the weather can change immediately before and during the balloon flight. This can change flight plans and the conditions of the flight. We always try to fly over 50 minutes and often longer, but if we have to land for safety reasons, we consider the flight complete if it has flown over 40 minutes.
CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING
The weather in Denmark can be unpredictable, so you may not be able to fly on the day you booked. In this case, you will receive an SMS and an email no later than 15:00 on the day of the flight with a cancellation and a description of how you can book a new flight.
We emphasize that a booking is binding. Once you have booked a balloon flight, it can generally not be canceled or changed. In emergency situations, please contact customer service for guidance. If you do not show up for an agreed flight, the ticket is considered used and cannot be used again.
INSURANCE
All passengers are legally insured during the flight through DreamBalloon’s passenger insurance in accordance with applicable rules administered by the Danish Transport Authority. You are responsible for all luggage you bring on the flight. This includes cell phones, cameras, binoculars and clothing.
CLOTHING
It is recommended that you dress sensibly, with long pants, long sleeves and sturdy footwear as we land out in nature and may have to walk on a field to get to a road. You should also bring a cap and preferably a bottle of water if it’s a hot day.
RETURN JOURNEY FROM THE LANDING SITE
Please note that as the balloon flies with the wind and does not return to the launch site, you will need to ensure that you can get on from the landing site or back to the launch site. A typical flight is 10-30 kilometers and most people choose to invite family to follow the balloon from the ground by car to ensure the trip home. If you need help getting a taxi from the landing site, it’s best to inform the crew before the flight starts. You will have to pay for the taxi yourself.

LOGSTATISTICS
Log statistics are used on www.dreamballoon.dk and means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, on which part of the website they leave etc. Log statistics are used on www.dreamballoon.dk for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionalities.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal data: name, address, telephone number, email address. We only register your personal data for the purpose of providing the service to you. The personal data is registered with Dreamballoon Aps and stored for 5 years (in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act), after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
