DreamBalloon only conducts flights when weather conditions are suitable for safe balloon flying. If the weather is not suitable for balloon flying on your booked flight day, you will receive notification by email and SMS on the day about the cancellation. As soon as the flight is cancelled, your booking number will be released, after which you can book yourself for a new flight date through the online booking system.
