As everyone’s specific situation is different and some disabilities pose a greater challenge than others in relation to ballooning, we ask you to contact us and tell us about any disability you may have before purchasing your ticket and booking your flight. This will enable us to advise you in the best possible way and make special arrangements to accommodate you and guarantee your safety during the flight.
We can provide information about accessibility at different departure points upon request. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, it is not possible to have passengers who are wheelchair-dependent in the basket.
